Before You Upload: Music Submission Guidelines

Hello! Before you upload your music for the European YoYo Competition, please review the following guidelines carefully.

  • Only players who have purchased tickets and registered for the competition are eligible to upload music.
  • The deadline for uploading music is June 16th. After this date, the form will be disabled on the website. Bringing music on the day of the event will result in a €30 fine.
  • Music uploaded for all divisions must comply with the competition rules. The length of the track for all divisions should be 3 minutes, except for the 1A Semi-Finals, which should be 1 minute 30 seconds long, and for the Royal, Women’s, and Junior divisions, which should be 2 minutes long. Players competing in the 1A division must upload music separately for both 1A and 1A Semi.
  • The file name format should be as follows: FirstName + Surname + Division. For example, JohnSmith1APrelim.
  • We only accept MP3 format. Booths will be available at the event to check your music prior to the competition. We will also do our best to check the uploaded music ourselves. However, we take no responsibility for it. Please ensure the music is compliant, named properly, and trimmed.
